I’m Kristen Yost, an intuitive energy healer, passionate about helping others find confidence, clarity, and connection. 

My husband and I moved to Austin, TX, in 2023 with our two dogs, Stella and Bella—destined to be together long before we met, just like them!

Healing and intuition run through my family, passed down through generations of strong, intuitive women. As a child, I often knew things without explanation—a gift I now recognize as claircognizance (clear knowing). Over time, I developed clairvoyance (clear seeing), clairaudience (clear hearing), and clairsentience (clear feeling), allowing me to tap into energy and receive vivid messages from Spirit.

Like many, I once doubted myself. I feared what others might think and ignored the deep knowing within me. But years ago, feeling stuck in a career I no longer loved, I attended a meditation class led by an energy healer. That experience opened a door. I booked my first energy healing session, and in that moment, everything changed. My vibration lifted, my confidence expanded, and I reconnected with my soul’s path.

From that moment on, I knew this was my calling.

Today, I have completed training courses in Energy Healing, led meditation classes, I am a certified Reiki Practitioner, I have completed numerous metaphysical courses, and I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Metaphysics. My cozy healing studio in Austin is a sacred space where I help others clear energy, receive divine messages, and rediscover their own light.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Each session begins with a grounding prayer. 

    For an in person session, you will lie on a massage table (fully clothed) while your energy and chakras are being cleared.  As Kristen works, she receives divine messages from angels and spirit guides through her gifts, which she shares at the end of the session in a guided discussion.

    For a phone session, Kristen visualizes clearing your energy and balancing your chakras.  As this is taking place, messages and insights will be discussed as they come up.  A phone session is more of an ongoing discussion.

    Please note: In-person sessions are available for women only.

  • For a phone session:  To get the most out of your session, find a quiet space where you can fully relax. Setting an intention or reflecting on any questions you have may also help you receive clearer messages but neither are required. It’s more comfortable to have ear buds.

    For an in-person session: Setting an intention or reflecting on any questions you have may also help you receive clearer messages but neither are required. Some clients like to wear comfortable clothes.

  • A 60-minute session provides a full energy clearing and intuitive guidance. A 90-minute session allows for additional messages to come through and deeper discussion of the insights received.

    Please note: 90-minute sessions are only offered in person.

  • Yes! While messages naturally come through based on what needs to be revealed at that time, you’re welcome to ask specific questions, and Kristen will tune in to receive divine guidance.

  • Yes! Energy is not bound by physical space, so remote sessions are just as powerful as in-person ones. Kristen connects with your energy and delivers messages in the same way. Remote sessions are available for 60-minutes.

  • It depends on your personal journey. Some people benefit from regular sessions for ongoing clarity and healing, while others book as needed when seeking guidance or support.
